Can It Find Its Own Way Out Front?
We get asked this a lot. Most houses have a back yard and a front yard, so it’s a reasonable question. The Wombat Joey can be programmed to follow the boundary wire, and then leave it at certain designated points.
So we made it follow the boundary wire to the front yard and start mowing. Problem solved! Of course, the side gate had to be open and no obstructions placed in the pathway. The gap here was narrower than we would have liked, but we still got it to work.
The robotzoo challenge
We get a lot of calls from people asking “Can it do this?”, “Can it do that?”.
Our robots can’t do everything, but they are pretty clever. If you have a challenge for us, please get in touch and ask! We may have done it already.
If not, we’ll consider the challenge, if it’s safe to do, and demonstrates the special abilities of our robots. And if we accept, we will take a video and show it to you.
