Our Mission

What you need to know about robotzoo and the robotzoo mission.
Home robots have gone a long way in recent years. They keep getting better and better.
That’s why we want to help people get more accustomed to them
We are here to bring together some of the best robots for the home in one place.
If you need help maintaining your Floors, windows, pools or lawns – there’s a robot for that!
The kind of robot that never bores with doing chores, and lets you get on with something more important.

What We Bring

We have carefully sourced and selected our devices based on quality, reliability, safety and value.
Our robot builders are well established, with a strong track record of producing high quality devices for European owners.
And we’ve brought them together as a family under one name.
This means that robot owners don’t need to do the research on which is the best device. Our knowledge can support your decision.
It also means that they have the convenience and assurance of all their bots being looked after by one place.
robotzoo carries spare batteries, parts and consumables for our robots.
These items can be ordered individually through our online store, or by calling us up.
And we provide warranty protection under Australian consumer law.
That is something which is not usually available from offshore sellers on Ebay, Alibaba or Amazon!

Seven things you get with robotzoo

We take all the uncertainty out of owning a home robot. This means:
  • Research: Sourcing the best robots in their class from the most professional robot makers.
  • Testing:  Reviewing the original testing reports, and tests all these devices for Australian conditions.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that the robots meet Australian standards, and come with the right plugs.
  • Collection: Gathering all these bots together in one family brand for the convenience of owners.
  • Proximity: Giving owners protection under local consumer law, unlike offshore suppliers.
  • Warranty: Providing a full replacement warranty if any device is found to be faulty.
  • Service: Advising owners to help solve problems or overcome tricky situations.
  • Spares: Supplying spares, accessories, batteries, or other important parts.

Six years ago I purchased a robot lawn mower from Robotzoo. I left the following review then...."The lawnmower is a nice little unit that works well. Customer service is excellent, very prompt and helpful. ... lawn had holes(due to ducks digging in it) that needed filling so front wheel does not get caught but it would reverse out of smaller holes..."I have found Paul's responsive in getting help and parts. Definitely recommend.

We are delighted with our RobotZoo which we have had for nearly four years. We have a pool with double glazed glass walls and a Vergola for a roof which we have sealed around the gutter area with polystyrene so it is nearly a sealed indoor pool. We do get some dust and small particles and Robo (as we call him) does an excellent job of extracting them. We run him about once a week. We bought a small dolly with wheels for it to make it easy to go to the shed for recharging. We operate our pool year round at a temperature of 31.3 deg C. It is heated with heat pumps. A great pool and Robo has made it even better!

I purchased a Blue Swimmer pool cleaner from Robotzoo back in August 2021 . It has been fantastic, does a great job on the tiled pool walls. I recently had to contact them with a small issue I had with on/off switch . I was contacted by Paul , who kindly navigated me through an easy solution fix. Cleaner was immediately back in action 👍I would highly recommend this product.Jim McKinlay . Gold Coast , Queensland

Only had the Blue Swimmer II for a few days but so far very impressed. It does it's job well and seems very durable. Customer service is also excellent. If you want a good pool cleaner without all the unnecessary fluff this is the cleaner for you.

RobotZoo Blue Swimmer II Pool Cleaner.Buying online, product-unseen, is always a daunting proposition but Paul actually returned a call late on a Saturday afternoon and spent around 40 minutes answering every question imaginable. This product is a gem, I have used various pool cleaners over the last thirty years but have only in the last four months been happy thanks to RobotZoo.This battery-operated cleaner performs exactly as described and is by far superior to any cleaner I have seen, be it a vacuum type with hoses etc or corded robotic cleaners that friends and family have used.A friend with a new pool watched in amazement as the Blue Swimmer II did it's thing and is about to order one himself. My brother has ditched his Dolphin corded unit (after a second breakdown) and is also about to order one of these after seeing mine in action. My pool only has one skimmer box which was previously used to drive my old vacuum Hayward cleaner via hoses. This meant the surface of the pool was never skimmed and the hose was always littered with debris and bugs. Now the surface is virtually always clean and the bottom of the pool is generally cleaner because any floating debris ends up in the skimmer basket before it gets water-logged and descends to the bottom.Anything that does find it's way to the bottom is easily removed by this new unit which I use around once a week, it also cleans the walls and water-line very well.Best pool-related purchase in a long time.

My Blue Swimmer 11 Pool Vacuum was simple to charge and get to the pool, but I had a little difficulty starting the actual vacuuming operation. That appears not to have anything to do with the device but with my ability to interpret the instructions . Once it got going it was fast and enthusiastic ; perhaps overly so. When it climbed the pool wall [effortlessly] it bounced about at the top before descending. After travelling across the pool floor it would brake hard, tipping itself up to a vertical position before dropping down to a normal vacuuming position. I watched this for a while, bemused but uncertain what to do, if anything. So I went off to golf and on my return found the pool spotless and the device awaiting a recharge. I'll try it again in a few days and report back. In the meantime the attached video shows more graphically what I have attempted to describe above.Me again. My concerns about the operation of the pool cleaner have now evaporated as I have found that the cleaner does its job getting rid of leaves and small petioles in my 60,000 Litre pool. The fact that it does this in a different way from my old cleaner is irrelevant.
