We’ve seen some pretty messy pools, and there is of course a limit to how much you can pick up in one go. Sometimes, you’re better off getting some of the junk off the pool floor yourself before setting the robot to work. Especially if you’ve left it a long time.

The Platypus II is just a little thing, but how much can it eat? Looks Like it has quite an appetite for pool junk. The added bonus is that it is battery operated, so you can just put it in whenever you need, and the robot will work away  unsupervised. Then come back later to pick it up where it ‘beaches’ itself automatically beside the pool wall, when the battery runs down.
