We offer warranty protection under Australian Consumer Law. The warranty period varies depending on the device:

• 12 months for smaller devices (under $1,000)
• 24 months for larger devices (over $1,000)

We don’t offer a trial purchase, but refer to our return policy.

Our warranty covers the main device, but some consumable items may not be covered if they have been damaged during use. Examples of items that may not be covered include:

• Mower blades, blade rotors, blade guards, top covers, wheels
• Pool cleaner rollers
• Window cleaner cloths & ropes
• Floor cleaner brushes & filters
• Lithium batteries (if not properly maintained)

 You can return any device within 30 days of purchase, provided:

• The device is unused, and in the same condition you received it
• The device is in its original packaging
• You have proof of purchase

To arrange a return:

2. We will arrange the return of the device for inspection
3. Do not send the device back to the original maker
4. Once received, we'll email you to confirm the receipt
5. Provide proof of purchase to complete the return process

After receiving payment, we typically dispatch orders within two days. Delivery times vary:

• 3 to 6 days for metropolitan areas within Australia
• Longer for country and regional areas

Our preferred delivery channel is Australia Post Parcel Post. We provide tracking and usually specify a signature on delivery for added security.

Lithium batteries in our devices must be constantly maintained at full charge (recharged at least every 2 months) to be covered under warranty. If neglected, these components may not regain full charge, and the device will not operate as a safety feature.
